Online Bookings Are Non-Refundable.
Once your appointment is confirmed through our website, your deposit or full payment is non-refundable. Please be sure before booking. -
24-Hour Refund Window (In-Person/Manual Bookings Only):
If you book directly through us (not online) and need to cancel, you are eligible for a refund only if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
⏰ Running Late?

Please call or text us if you’re running late.
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be rescheduled or adjusted depending on how late you are and our stylist's availability. -
If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, we may have to cancel or move your session — this helps us stay on track for all clients.
